Al表面自组织条纹形成的AFM研究

摘要(Abstract):
对高纯铝片进行电化学抛光处理,发现在Al表面形成纳米级条纹状的自组织结构。采用原子力显微镜对这种结构进行研究,发现在不同的抛光条件下,条纹状纳米结构的尺寸和有序程度都发生改变。同时对这种有序结构的形成机理进行了解释,认为在抛光过程中,电解液里极性分子在铝表面的屏蔽效应使得Al表面各处溶解速度不同,导致自组织条纹的形成。
