热处理对Mg-10.83Li-2.62Al-0.34Si合金组织与性能的影响Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-10.83Li-2.62Al-0.34Si alloy

摘要(Abstract):
对Mg-10.83Li-2.62Al-0.34Si合金进行了均匀化和淬火处理,利用光学显微镜,扫描电镜及能谱分析,X射线衍射分析,力学性能测试等手段研究了不同热处理工艺对合金组织和力学性能的影响,探讨了析出相在合金中所起的作用。结果表明,均匀化退火实现了α-Mg的重溶和再析出,能够明显地细化α-Mg相;淬火处理可以细化晶粒,在晶界处析出Mg2Si相,并能显著提高合金的抗拉强度。经过300℃保温4 h水淬后,合金的抗拉强度达到244 MPa,相比铸态组织提高了约68%。
