深冷及钝化处理工艺对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢磨损性能的影响Effects of cryogenic and passivation treatment on wear resistance of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel

摘要(Abstract):
通过对深冷及钝化处理工艺下W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢磨损情况的研究,以及对其微观组织进行SEM观察和磨痕分析,分析了磨损机理以及耐磨性提高的原因。结果表明:未深冷试样以粘着磨损为主,深冷以及钝化处理后的试样以氧化磨损为主;深冷处理可以显著提高材料的硬度和耐磨性,相比于深冷处理前耐磨性可以提高1.5倍,这是由于深冷处理后析出碳化物的平均尺寸减小为深冷处理前的一半左右,碳化物数目约增长了46%,而且分布更加均匀;钝化处理工艺不改变材料的硬度,但是可以改善材料初期的磨损情况,减小振动,提高耐磨性,这是由于钝化处理工艺促进材料表层出现含碳的薄膜,有一定润滑作用,从而改善了材料的耐磨性。
