T10钢深冷处理的组织和力学性能Microstructure and mechanical properties of T10 steel after cryogenic treatment

摘要(Abstract):
将T10钢分别进行了淬火+回火(常规热处理)和淬火+回火+深冷处理的对比实验,对两种不同热处理工艺后的试样进行了OM、SEM观察,力学性能检测及摩擦磨损实验。结果表明,在相同条件下经24 h深冷处理后的T10钢硬度提高了2.1 HRC,体积磨损量下降76.7%,同时冲击韧性也得到改善。XRD研究表明,与常规热处理相比,深冷处理24 h后试样残留奥氏体含量降低了38.2%。深冷处理后T10钢性能显著提高的原因是深冷处理促进细小弥散的碳化物从马氏体中析出以及残留奥氏体含量的降低。
