机械振动法制备Al/Sn复合材料Al/Sn composite fabricated by mechanical vibration technology

摘要(Abstract):
以工业用铝合金和锡为原料,利用机械振动的方法,去除铝表面的氧化膜,采用固-液复合法,制备Al/Sn复合材料。并对其附着强度、电导率、结合界面进行了检测,研究表明,通过此方法制备出的Al/Sn复合材料界面结合良好,兼有铝的优良导电性能和锡的焊接性能,且制备工艺平稳、简单、易控制和调整,具有良好的工业运用前景。
