纯镍母材及焊缝在熔融NaCl-Na2SO4中的热腐蚀行为Hot corrosion behavior of pure nickel base metal and welded seams in molten NaCl-Na2SO4 salts

摘要(Abstract):
对纯镍在等离子弧焊(PAW)和等离子弧+钨极惰性气体保护焊(PAW+TIG)两种不同焊接工艺下得到焊缝及母材进行恒温的熔融盐NaCl 25 mass%-Na_2SO_4热腐蚀实验,并对腐蚀产物横断面进行形貌观察及微区成分分析,研究不同焊接工艺下焊缝组织和母材在恒温热腐蚀期间腐蚀行为和机理。结果表明:采用PAW和PAW+TIG两种焊接工艺方法所得焊缝的晶粒尺寸相差不大,其在腐蚀过程中无选择性和顺序性,不存在腐蚀孕育期,腐蚀起始主要沿着试样的边角处,试样出现较多的孔洞、裂纹和剥落,腐蚀产物均以NiO和Ni_3S_2为主;腐蚀质量损失曲线遵循抛物线规律,3种试样的耐热腐蚀性大小顺序为:母材>PAW+TIG焊缝>PAW焊缝。
