不同热处理状态Al-3.5Mg-0.2Sc合金的动态应变时效行为Dynamic strain aging behavior of Al-3.5Mg-0.2Sc alloy under different heat treatment states

摘要(Abstract):
在不同循环频率下对Al-3.5Mg-0.2Sc合金进行室温低周疲劳实验,研究固溶态和固溶+时效态Al-3.5Mg-0.2Sc合金在低周疲劳加载条件下的动态应变时效行为。结果表明:固溶态和固溶+时效态合金在室温低周疲劳过程中可发生动态应变时效,且动态应变时效行为主要受循环频率和热处理的影响;当循环频率为1.0 Hz、0.5 Hz时,在固溶态和固溶+时效态合金不同周次的循环滞后回线上拉伸和压缩加载部分均可观察到C型锯齿状波动;对比合金的循环应力最大跌落值可知,随着循环频率的降低,合金的动态应变时效行为减弱直至消失;当循环频率相同时,固溶+时效态合金的动态应变时效程度始终高于固溶态合金。
