热处理对高Cr-Co-Mo轴承钢组织与性能的影响Effects of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of a high Cr-Co-Mo alloyed heat resistant bearing steel

摘要(Abstract):
利用洛氏硬度计及透射电镜等研究了热处理工艺对高温轴承钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:实验钢经回火后硬度较淬火后硬度有所增加,且在540℃回火时硬度达到最高值,当回火温度超过540℃后硬度逐渐下降;透射电镜分析表明,大量M6C型碳化物析出强化是实验钢540℃回火后硬度达到峰值的根本原因;实验钢经1050℃淬火后有大量的残留奥氏体存在,残留奥氏体与马氏体基体的位向关系符合K-S关系。
