均匀化处理对铋锰铁合金显微组织的影响Effect of homogenization treatment on microstructure of Bi-Mn-Fe alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了金属型铸造和水冷铋锰铁合金均匀化处理前后的显微组织。研究结果表明,铋锰铁合金的铸态组织由BiMn相、Mn(Fe)相和铋相组成。铋锰铁合金金属型铸造组织中的铋相呈断续分布,而水冷组织中的铋相呈现连续分布形态。铋锰铁合金在400℃进行不同时间的均匀化处理后,合金的相组成没有发生改变,仍由BiMn相、Mn(Fe)相和铋相组成;随着均匀化时间的增加,合金中的BiMn相数量增加;金属型铸造铋锰铁合金在400℃均匀化处理16 h后,合金组织中BiMn相的数量不再变化,水冷铋锰铁合金在均匀化处理4 h后,合金组织中BiMn相的数量基本稳定。铋锰铁合金经过均匀化处理后,合金组织中的BiMn相由原来的断续分布或孤立形态转化为连续分布形态。当金属型铸造铋锰铁合金在300℃下进行均匀化处理时,合金中形成的BiMn化合物数量更多,均匀化时间超过8 h后,合金组织中BiMn相的数量基本稳定。
