烧结温度对碳化硅-氧化铝陶瓷过滤器性能的影响Effect of sintering temperature on properties of SiC-Al2O3 foam ceramics filter

摘要(Abstract):
采用有机泡沫浸渍工艺制备陶瓷过滤器,探讨了烧结温度对SiC基泡沫陶瓷过滤器性能的影响。结果表明:随着烧结温度的提高,SiC基泡沫陶瓷过滤器的抗压强度和热震稳定性呈现先增加后降低的趋势,当烧结温度为1430℃时两种性能均较高;此时由于在陶瓷中晶粒尺寸均匀、气孔和玻璃相含量较少,并且相中含有较多的莫来石相和较少的方石英相因此其综合性能最佳,此时陶瓷的容重为0.5 g/cm3,抗压强度为2.7 MPa,1100℃-室温热循环次数为27次。
