DC53冷作模具钢基于短时渗硼的强韧化Strengthening and toughening of DC53 cold working die steel by short time boriding

摘要(Abstract):
提出在固溶双淬工艺中结合短时渗硼的方法来提高DC53模具钢的耐磨性能,综合考虑渗层厚度及心部碳化物的形态分布确定出最优工艺参数。对比研究其与采用5 h长时渗硼的试样耐磨性时发现:1 h短时渗硼所得单相Fe2B渗层的耐磨粒磨损性能略优于5 h长时渗层所得的Fe2B和FeB双相渗层,并且短时渗硼得到的渗层与基体间的过渡区不会出现因硅元素富集引起的"软点",从而使渗层与基体结合更牢固。
