激光熔覆Fe-Cr-Ni-C-Si-Mo涂层高温处理后的组织Microstructure of laser clad Fe-Cr-Ni-C-Si-Mo coatings treated at high temperature

摘要(Abstract):
研究了Fe-Cr-Ni-C-Si-Mo系合金的激光熔覆层经700~850℃高温处理后其微观组织的变化。采用SEM、EDS、XRD、光学显微镜、Thermo-calc热力学软件等对熔覆层的组织进行了分析。结果表明,该合金熔覆态涂层的组织主要为γ(Fe,Ni,Cr)和(Cr、Fe)7C3合金碳化物。当熔覆层的处理温度低于750℃时,其显微组织没有明显变化。经850℃的处理后,其微观组织中出现了新相(Cr、Fe)23C6,且生成的(Cr、Fe)23C6不易长大,并对其转变过程进行了研究。
