12Cr-ODS钢的微观组织及力学性能Microstructure and mechanical property of 12Cr-ODS steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用机械合金化和热等静压方法,制备出名义成分为Fe-12Cr-2W-0.3Ti-0.3Y2O3(质量分数,%)的氧化物弥散强化钢(12Cr-ODS钢)。通过EBSD技术研究发现,12Cr-ODS钢无明显各向异性,通过TEM研究了12Cr-ODS钢的微观结构,12Cr-ODS钢中存在3种析出相:尺寸在2~5 nm纳米的超高密度的Y-Ti-O纳米团簇,烧绿石结构Y2Ti2O7纳米析出相和块状的Cr-Ti-O相。12Cr-ODS钢的室温拉伸屈服强度、抗拉强度、压缩屈服强度和抗压强度分别为856、1087、1058和1807 MPa,拉伸断口形貌观察结果表明,12Cr-ODS钢主要呈现脆性和韧性混合断裂。
