2205双相不锈钢直缝管高频感应焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能Microstructure and mechanical properties of high-frequency induction welded joints of 2205 duplex stainless steel longitudinal seam pipe

摘要(Abstract):
采用高频感应焊接技术对2205双相不锈钢直缝管进行焊接,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和万能材料试验机等研究了焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:当其他焊接条件不变,焊接速度在80 m/min及以上并采用水冷时,可以得到良好的焊缝形貌;焊接接头的组织由γ相和δ相组成,元素分布均匀,γ相占比较少,当焊速为80 m/min时,热影响区中γ相占比为34.6%,焊缝熔合区为22.6%;接头整体硬度呈M状分布,母材硬度最低,焊缝熔合区硬度为(320±3) HV0.05,并随着焊接速度的增加而增大;热影响区峰值硬度为(358±3) HV0.05;焊接接头的断裂方式为脆性断裂,抗拉强度为603~635 MPa,断后伸长率相比母材大幅降低,并随着焊接速度的增大而降低。
