铜/铝复合接触线连续挤压成形工艺参数Forming process parameters of Cu /Al contact wire under continuous extrusion

摘要(Abstract):
采用有限元软件对连续挤压下铜铝接触线层状复合成形过程进行二维数值模拟,详细研究了不同模芯端部导流角、复合变形区长度、铜铝厚度比、坯料与模具表面状态和定径带长度对铜铝双金属的流动和挤压力大小影响的规律。结果表明,模芯端部导流角度取30°,复合变形区长度取3.5~5 mm,定径带长度取5 mm,并尽可能增加铝与铜之间摩擦,同时减小模具与铜之间摩擦,能使铜铝层状复合流畅,产品顺利挤出且成形良好。此外,在TLJ340连续挤压机上进行了铜铝层状复合的试验,试验结果与数值模拟结果相吻合。
