一种Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金时效析出行为Aging precipitation behavior in an Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy

摘要(Abstract):
用原位加热X射线衍射方法测量了固溶态的Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金在不同温度下的X射线衍射谱,确定不同温度下该合金中存在物相。结果表明:实验合金在145℃以下基本不形成Ag-Mg原子团簇;合金在165~350℃存在Ag-Mg原子团簇,Ag-Mg原子团簇在250~350℃最为明显;合金在400℃时Ag-Mg原子团簇消失。TEM结果表明,165℃时效,合金组织由大量的Ω相和少量的θ′相组成,而在250℃时效,合金组织为Ω相,没有发现θ′相存在。分析表明:高温有助于Ag-Mg原子团簇存在,即高温时效有助于Ω相形核。
