淬火温度对Fe-3Mn合金γ→α转变过程的影响Influence of quenching temperature on austenite-ferrite phase transformation behavior of Fe-3Mn alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用高精度线膨胀仪研究置换型Fe-2.72at%Mn中γ→α的转变行为,对其转变动力学过程为进行了分析。通过在冷却过程中选取不同的淬火温度进行研究表明,选取的淬火温度点越高,奥氏体向铁素体开始转变的温度就越低,完成相变过程所需时间就越短,铁素体生成速率的绝对值也越优先达到最大值;转变后试样室温晶粒组织分析表明,转变过冷度的增大将伴随晶粒明显细化,为相变过程组织控制提供了新思路。
