Ti75管材高温弯曲成形的正交有限元模拟Orthogonal finite element simulation of Ti75 tube bending at high temperature

摘要(Abstract):
为了研究高温环境下温度、助推速度、弯曲速率对钛合金Ti75管材弯曲成形质量的影响,并确定最佳的加热温度。采用有限元软件ABAQUS对Ti75钛合金管在高温环境下的数控弯成形过程进行了有限元模拟。由于模型中涉及到热和力,所以有限元模拟使用顺序耦合热应力分析法。首先分析传热问题,然后将得到的温度场作为已知条件,进行热应力分析,得到应力应变场。结果表明:助推速度对Ti75钛合金管热弯成形有显著影响,助推速度比值为1时成形质量最佳;450℃为最佳成形温度;在满足使用要求的前提下,选择较短弯曲时间能获得相对较好的成形质量,并提高生产效率。此外,实验成形的管材形状与模拟结果相吻合,验证了有限元仿真模拟技术的可靠性。
