待焊表面组织对异种钢超塑性焊接的影响Effect of Welding Surface Microstructure on Superplastic Solid-State Welding for Different Steels

摘要(Abstract):
对40Cr/T10A钢试样及试样待焊表面分别用盐浴加热循环淬火、高频淬火及激光淬火的组织超细化预处理,探讨了钢待焊表面组织对40Cr/T10A异材恒温超塑焊(ISSW)工艺、接头组织及性能的影响。试验结果表明,钢待焊表面组织越细,ISSW所需焊接温度向低温区移动、初始应变速率向高应变速率区域移动、ISSW所需时间越短;即使待焊双方一方实施组织超细化,也可实现接头拉伸强度达40Cr母材强度的ISSW,但所需压接时间稍长。ISSW接头中存在着明显的“界面超细晶区”、“过渡区”等组织特征区域。
