成分对激光诱导自蔓延反应合成Ti-Fe合金组织性能影响Influence of composition on microstructure and properties of Ti-Fe alloys prepared by laser-induced self-propagating reaction synthesis

摘要(Abstract):
利用Ti-Fe合金体系组元间具有负的混合焓而能发生放热反应的热力学特征,进行了激光诱导自蔓延反应Ti-Fe合金的工艺研究。结果表明,当反应体系的化学成分由亚共晶向过共晶成分转变时,合成产物依次是由β-Ti固溶体+(β-Ti+TiFe)共晶、(β-Ti+TiFe)共晶、TiFe金属间化合物+(β-Ti+TiFe)共晶组织所构成。由于受反应合成不完全性的影响,以及原始粉末颗粒所吸附氧的存在,致使不同成分合成产物中皆出现了以氧稳定的Ti2Fe相。共晶合成样品因其精细的共晶组织构成和高的致密性,使其具有优异的硬度、强度和韧度。
