TC4钛合金表面ZrO2/TiO2复合陶瓷膜的性能Properties of ZrO2/TiO2 composite ceramic coating on TC4 titanium alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用微弧氧化技术在TC4钛合金表面制备复合陶瓷膜,研究了在Na2SiO3-NaH2PO4体系电解液中分别添加K2ZrF6和氧化锆粉对膜层组织结构和性能的影响。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析膜层的微观组织和相组成。用MMW-1A万能摩擦磨损试验机对复合陶瓷膜进行了耐磨性能测试。结果表明,当溶液中分别添加了K2ZrF6和氧化锆粉后,都会使陶瓷膜的厚度增加,膜层表面粗糙度降低,且膜层中大尺寸缺陷减少。添加K2ZrF6和氧化锆粉所制备的膜层中主要由金红石型TiO2和ZrO2相组成,且添加氧化锆粉制备的陶瓷膜中的ZrO2含量比添加K2ZrF6制备的膜中含量要多。添加K2ZrF6和氧化锆粉所制备的陶瓷膜的耐磨性能得到提高。
