长期时效对FGH97合金γ'相演化的影响Influence of long-term aging treatment on γ′ phase evolution in FGH97 P/M alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用场发射电镜观察了FGH97合金经过不同时效温度和时效时间后不同形态γ'相的演化规律。结果表明:不同温度下一次γ'相和二次γ'相平均尺寸随时效时间的增加存在最大值,三次γ'相平均尺寸随时效时间延长呈线性增长;550℃时效后二次γ'相由立方形长大为不规则形,分裂成为田字花瓣形或蝶形,而后沿<100>方向分解为小立方形;在750℃时效后期,二次γ'相出现边界融合现象,且小三次γ'相消失。时效后硬度值的变化与γ'相尺寸有关。
