Zn-Al-Cu伪合金涂层制备与性能研究Preparation and Behavior Study of Zn-Al-Cu Pseudo Alloy Coating

摘要(Abstract):
研究Zn Al Cu伪合金涂层的制备与性能 ,分析涂层组织成分、硬度以及光固化基体材料对涂层硬度的影响。研究发现 ,涂层中Al Cu Mg合金的原始成分越高 ,涂层硬度提高越明显 ;涂层硬度决定于涂层的组织和应力状态 ,其中应力状态又是决定涂层硬度非常显著的因素 ;间歇喷涂层的残余应力的绝对值最小 ,加工硬化效应最小 ,硬度较低
