快速加热对取向硅钢氧化层及底层的影响Effect of rapid heating on oxide layer and glass film of grain-oriented silicon steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用扫描电镜、辉光放电质谱仪及聚焦离子束(FIB)研究了取向硅钢脱碳退火中不同加热速度对氧化层及底层状态的影响。结果表明:快速加热使得钢带在初次再结晶早期就发生氧化,大量的晶界可以加速氧化,使得氧化层厚度显著增加;在脱碳退火和高温退火过程中,氧化层中SiO_2经历小颗粒粗化和片层物颗粒化的过程,最终形成粗大颗粒物;氧化层表层2μm内的SiO_2与MgO形成致密连续底层,2μm以下的SiO_2颗粒形成不连续的底层钉扎,快速加热使得底层钉扎数量显著增加。
