硫酸铅在碳酸钠-硝酸钠熔盐中的脱硫转化Desulfurization and phase transformation of lead sulfate in sodium carbonate-sodium nitrate molten salt

摘要(Abstract):
利用TG-DSC技术分析了PbSO4在Na2CO3-NaNO3熔盐体系中的脱硫转化过程的行为特征,通过XRD、SEM、EDS等手段研究了焙烧温度、原料配比、助剂加入量等因素对PbSO4脱硫转化过程及其产物形态的影响。结果表明:NaNO3能够对PbSO4脱硫转化过程起到显著的强化作用;提高焙烧温度、增加Na2CO3和NaNO3的用量均能促进PbSO4脱硫转化反应的进行。在物料摩尔比为PbSO4∶Na2CO3∶NaNO3=1∶1.1∶0.2,焙烧温度为600℃,保温时间为1 h的条件下,PbSO4可完全脱硫,转变为粒径约为1~3μm的β-PbO粉体,产物中未观察到其它杂相。
