Mo对等离子喷焊Ni60A涂层组织与性能的影响Effect of molybdenum on microstructure and properties of Ni60A coatings produced by plasma spaying welding

摘要(Abstract):
采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、光学显微镜(OM)、磨料磨损试验机等,研究了以Ni60A为基体,添加不同量的Mo对等离子喷焊层组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Ni60A喷焊层中主要相为FeNi_3、Cr_7C_3、(Fe,Ni)_(23)B_6等,粗大的短棒状组织分布在镍基固溶体中;Mo的加入使等离子喷焊层中生成了大量均匀分布的MoSi_2、Mo_2C、MoC、Mo_3C_2等硬质相;喷焊层组织得到细化,形成更多的等轴晶;研究发现,MoC、Mo_2C主要由Mo_3C_2通过共析反应转变形成,Mo_xC_y相互聚集形成椭圆形碳化物;添加Mo之后喷焊层的耐磨性明显提高,Mo添加量为8%时,喷焊层的耐磨性较好,与Ni60A喷焊层相比,耐磨性提高了约30%。
