高碳钢氧化皮的形成及其机械剥离性能Oxide scale formation on high-carbon steel and its mechanical descaling property

摘要(Abstract):
在Gleeble-3500型热模拟试验机上对高碳钢SWRH72A盘条进行了不同条件下的氧化试验,采用OM、SEM和XRD等技术对氧化皮形貌、厚度和结构进行表征。结果表明,高碳钢氧化皮一般呈Fe1-yO和Fe3O4两层结构,其厚度与氧化温度的关系近似符合Arrhenius方程,并随氧化时间呈抛物线型增长,氧化皮中Fe1-yO/Fe3O4厚度比与氧化温度和氧化时间的关系与厚度的变化规律基本一致。机械剥离试验结果表明,当氧化皮较薄时(<27μm),机械剥离率随厚度近似成线性增长,而当氧化皮厚度达到一定程度后(27μm),机械剥离率不再增加,基本保持不变。
