HPS485wf桥梁钢奥氏体动态再结晶规律及其本构关系模型Dynamic recrystallization and mathematical model of HPS485wf steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用热模拟试验、动态再结晶唯象理论和回归分析,研究了HPS485wf桥梁结构钢在温度为1273~1473 K,变形速率为0.1~10 s-1条件下热压缩变形的动态再结晶行为。分析了流变应力的变化规律和加工硬化率-应变图;判断了该钢发生动态软化的类型;得到了形变激活能和临界参数与温度补偿应变速率因子Z之间的关系;建立了相应的高温变形本构关系方程。
