稀土Ce对钢中铜元素偏析的影响Effect of rare earth Ce on segregation of copper element in steel

摘要(Abstract):
利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析研究稀土元素Ce对钢中铜元素偏析的影响。结果表明:铜元素极易在晶界处偏析,随着Ce含量的增加,晶粒尺寸由最初的69.4μm减小到13.7μm,晶界数量增多,单位晶界上铜元素含量显著降低,减少量达到86.3%;理论计算与实验表明,稀土夹杂物Ce_2O_3和Ce_2O_2S均可以诱导钢中铜元素的非均质异质形核析出,改变铜元素在钢中的析出方式,使铜元素呈现均匀弥散化分布。
