Q125钢级SEW石油套管的热处理工艺Heat treatment process of Q125 grade SEW oil casing steel

摘要(Abstract):
通过中碳低合金的思路设计了Q125钢级SEW石油套管用钢,同时研究了调质热处理工艺对其组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用880℃淬火+540℃回火调质处理后,SEW Q125石油套管具有更好的强韧性配合,屈服强度975 MPa,抗拉强度1030 MPa,伸长率23%,0℃母材纵向冲击功不低于150 J,母材横向冲击功不低于120 J,焊缝冲击功不低于100 J,抗外压挤毁值高于标准要求30%,沟槽腐蚀性能不敏感,具有良好综合力学性能和耐蚀性。据此提出的推荐热处理工艺制度,在工业试制中应用,各项性能指标均达到API 5CT的要求。
