真空热压烧结和冷压烧结叠层陶瓷的摩擦学特性Tribological properties of laminated ceramics fabricated by vacuum hot-pressed sintering and cold-pressed sintering method

摘要(Abstract):
通过真空热压烧结和冷压烧结两种方法制备Al2O3-TiC/Al2O3-TiC-CaF2叠层陶瓷材料,测量材料试样的体积密度、显微硬度和抗弯强度,研究两种叠层陶瓷材料的摩擦磨损性能。在环盘式摩擦磨损试验机上进行摩擦磨损实验,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察材料磨损前后的微观形貌,分析其磨损机理。结果表明:热压烧结法制备的叠层陶瓷材料具有较高的硬度和抗弯强度,结构致密;在载荷小,低实验转速的情况下,冷压烧结法制备的叠层陶瓷试样具有较小的摩擦系数;在载荷大、高实验转速的条件下,热压烧结法制备的叠层陶瓷材料试样摩擦系数小,磨损率较低,摩擦磨损性能好;热压烧结法制备叠层陶瓷材料磨损机制主要是磨粒磨损和粘着磨损;冷压烧结法制备叠层陶瓷材料的磨损形式主要是表面疲劳磨损和磨粒磨损。
