爆炸冲击制备纳米晶金属复合膜的初步研究Investigation on the Nanocomposite Film Prepared by Explosive Shock

摘要(Abstract):
对Cu Fe爆炸复合薄膜的组织结构进行了光镜、TEM、HRTEM观察。结果表明 :在一定厚度范围内材料纳米晶化 ,有的地方甚至出现非晶相。这是由于在高冲击力、大塑性变形量、高塑变速率以及温度瞬时急剧升降的条件下 ,材料内部位错密度大量增殖缠结 ,空位浓度急剧增加 ,使晶粒碎化成纳米尺度的细晶 ,有的地方原子甚至呈无规则排列。实验结果说明有望采用爆炸冲击制备纳米晶复合薄膜材料。
