等离子喷涂WC-12Co涂层表面-界面性能Surface and interface properties of WC-12Co coating by plasma spraying

摘要(Abstract):
采用等离子喷涂工艺在H13热作模具钢表面制备了WC-12Co涂层,通过SEM、EDS和XRD等手段分析了试样表面-界面形貌、面能谱和物相组成,并通过磨损试验考察了其摩擦性能。结果表明,WC-12Co涂层主要成分是WC硬质相,均匀分布在涂层中,没有出现富集现象,具有良好的硬度和耐磨性能;在喷涂过程中没出现W_3O,涂层具有较好的抗氧化能力;涂层厚度约为400μm,结合界面为机械结合+局部微冶金结合方式;WC-12Co涂层其摩擦系数约为0.399,表现出良好的减摩性能和抗磨损能力;磨痕处化学元素分布较为均匀,在周期性碾压力作用下涂层在片状衔接部位结合力较弱处诱发裂纹,出现WC和Co开裂的失效现象。
