退火处理对TA1/Q235热轧复合板元素扩散的影响Effect of annealing on element diffusion of TA1/Q235 clad sheet

摘要(Abstract):
以黄铜为过渡层通过热轧复合工艺制备钢钛复合板,对其进行850℃退火24 h,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)以及剪切试验研究退火处理对其元素扩散及力学性能的影响。结果表明:黄铜过渡层的添加可以有效阻止铁和钛元素的相互扩散形成金属间化合物;经过850℃的完全退火使过渡层组织晶粒明显变大,晶界清晰;过渡层元素分别向两组元材料发生不同程度的扩散,组元元素也向过渡层发生不同程度的扩散;经过退火热处理,钛钢复合板的剪切强度下降。
