Cr5钢支承辊水-空交替淬火过程数值模拟与实验Numerical simulation and experimental of water-air alternating quenching process for Cr5 steel backup roll

摘要(Abstract):
利用数值模拟技术对Cr5钢支承辊的水-空交替淬火过程进行了研究。通过实验测得了Cr5钢支承辊的材料性能参数,利用DEFORM软件分析了空冷时间、水冷时间等影响因子对Cr5钢支承辊在水-空交替淬火过程中温度场、组织场以及应力场的影响,获得了满足支承辊使用需求的水-空交替淬火工艺,并与连续喷雾淬火工艺进行了物理模拟实验对比。结果表明:与连续喷雾淬火+回火工艺处理相比,Cr5钢试样经水-空交替淬火+回火工艺处理后的硬度降低了约2.54%,但伸长率以及冲击韧性分别提高了约6.34%和16.67%。水-空交替淬火工艺既保证了Cr5支承辊的硬度和强度等性能指标,又提高了其淬火后组织中的残留奥氏体含量,从而可使其塑性和韧性得到一定程度的提升。
