升温速率对轧制态7085铝合金组织与性能的影响Effect of heating rate on microstructure and properties of rolled 7085 aluminum alloy

摘要(Abstract):
利用Gleeble-3500型热模拟机对轧制态7085铝合金以不同升温速率进行加热处理,采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和维氏硬度计等,研究了升温速率对合金显微组织和硬度的影响。结果表明:轧制态7085铝合金主要由α-Al基体和MgZn_2相组成;以0.5~10℃/s的升温速率加热到300℃时,基体组织发生回复,MgZn_2相未有明显变化;以0.5℃/s和1℃/s的升温速率加热到450℃时,基体组织发生再结晶,MgZn_2相逐渐溶入α-Al基体,合金硬度随着加热温度的升高逐渐增大;以5℃/s和10℃/s的升温速率加热到450℃时,回复组织和再结晶组织共存,MgZn_2相未完全溶入α-Al基体,合金硬度随着加热温度的升高先减小再增大。
