基于数字图像相关技术的X12合金钢高温损伤模型试验验证方法High temperature damage model test verification method of X12 alloy steel based on digital image correlation technology

摘要(Abstract):
基于Bonora损伤模型,提出了考虑温度和应变速率的连续高温损伤模型。以X12合金钢为研究对象,采用缺口半径R1.5和R3试样在温度950℃、应变速率0.5 s~(-1)下进行拉伸试验。利用数字图像相关技术(DIC)捕捉试样的动态裂纹萌生和扩展的图像,并与裂纹位置与开裂顺序的模拟结果进行比较,采用相关系数Rel定量评估了该模型在不同应力三轴度下的准确性。结果表明:缺口半径R1.5和R3试样的模拟结果与DIC试验结果比较吻合,试验与模拟的位移-载荷曲线的相关系数分别为0.973和0.987,说明所建立的X12合金钢高温连续损伤模型可以准确地预测该合金钢在高温条件下的损伤演变行为。
