铸造Fe-Cr-V-C耐磨合金显微组织及硬度Microstructure and hardness of cast Fe-Cr-V-C wear-resistant alloys

摘要(Abstract):
在实验室条件下对铸造Fe-Cr-V-C耐磨合金显微组织及硬度进行研究。结果表明,铬含量保持2%不变前提下,铸造Fe-Cr-V-C耐磨合金的钒含量从5%增至10%时,凝固组织中VC数量增加且尺寸增大,合金硬度变化不明显;钒含量保持10%不变前提下,随着铬含量由2%增至10%,铸造Fe-Cr-V-C耐磨合金的凝固组织中M7C3数量增加且合金硬度增大;淬火热处理会进一步提高Fe-Cr-V-C耐磨合金的硬度。
