Er含量对铸态6061铝合金组织和性能的影响Effect of Er content on microstructure and properties of as-cast 6061 aluminum alloy

摘要(Abstract):
借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、万能拉伸试验机、电化学工作站和X射线衍射(XRD)等研究了不同含量Er添加对铸态6061铝合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:当Er添加量为0.2~0.6 mass%时,6061铝合金的晶粒细化效果明显,针状的β-AlFeSi相转变为颗粒状AlFeSiEr相,Er的添加抑制了Mg_2Si相析出,并使得其形貌由针状改变为颗粒状,合金的抗拉强度和耐腐蚀性能得到共同提高;当Er添加量超过0.6 mass%时,AlFeSiEr相逐渐粗化为块状,Mg_2Si相含量增加,这对6061铝合金的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能产生不利影响。当Er含量为0.6 mass%时,6061铝合金的综合力学性能最佳,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为161.1 MPa、84.2 MPa和8.47%,此时,合金的氧化膜也更稳定且均匀,表现出较好的耐腐蚀性能。
