LA103Z镁锂合金表面Mg-Al-Co LDH/MAO复合膜层的组织及性能Microstructure and properties of Mg-Al-Co LDH/MAO composite coatings on LA103Z magnesium lithium alloy surface

摘要(Abstract):
为了更好地提高LA103Z镁锂合金的耐蚀性,采用原位水热法在其表面微弧氧化(MAO)膜层上制备了Mg-Al-Co层状双金属氢氧化物(LDH)膜层。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)等分析了膜层的微观形貌、成分以及物相,采用浸泡、析氢及摩擦磨损实验对膜层的耐蚀性及磨损性能进行了表征。结果表明:随着水热时间的延长,LDH纳米片间距逐渐减小,膜层致密,并成功密封了MAO膜层表面的微孔及微裂纹。浸泡及析氢实验表明,不同水热时间处理的LDH/MAO复合膜层及MAO膜层的耐蚀性由大到小依次为LDH/MAO-24 h>LDH/MAO-30 h>LDH/MAO-18 h>LDH/MAO-12 h>MAO。摩擦磨损实验表明,相比MAO膜层和基体,复合膜层的磨痕宽度较窄,摩擦系数也有所降低。可见,Mg-Al-Co LDH/MAO复合膜层在提高合金耐蚀性的同时,也使其耐磨性有所改善。
