基于平衡晶界偏聚理论的步冷试验脆化机理研究Study on mechanism of temper embrittlement for step-cooling test based on the theory of equilibrium grain boundary segregation

摘要(Abstract):
应用平衡晶界偏聚理论和等效时间概念,计算2.25Cr1Mo钢步冷试验各等温阶段和冷却阶段在某一温度(524℃)下的等效时间,由此获得该温度和等效时间下材料杂质元素P的晶界偏聚量。步冷试验以及步冷试验+524℃×27h条件下杂质元素P的晶界偏聚量计算和试验结果表明:应用平衡晶界偏聚理论解释和预测步冷试验条件下材料回火脆化性是可行的;采用较高温进行等温脆化可以达到加速脆化的目的,但不能达到加深脆化的目标;步冷试验是一种有效并且较为优化的加速材料回火脆化的试验方法。
