热处理对钨酸产物结构及光催化活性的影响

摘要(Abstract):
将钨酸钠以阳离子树脂交换制得钨酸溶胶、凝胶(WO3.2H2O),经煅烧或水热分解制备系列三氧化钨粉末,用XRD、热重分析仪(TGA)、FTIR光谱仪、电子探针研究了不同热处理方式对其结晶相、形貌、红外吸收的影响,其光催化活性以分解气相甲醛进行评价。结果表明:热处理钨酸得H0.10WO3.0.33H2O、H0.10WO3.1.06H2O、H0.23WO3-H0.1WO3结晶相,其表面形貌分别为纳米细粒体,正方形片状,棒状或球状,并表现不同的红外吸收特征及光催化活性,热处理影响产物红外吸收光谱,水热法产物显示高结晶度、更小晶粒,265℃水热样品有较高光催化活性。
