变形工艺参数对半固态Ti14合金显微组织的影响Effect of semi-solid deformation processing parameter on microstructure of Ti14 alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用φ8mm×15mm的试样在Gleeble-3500热模拟实验机上进行半固态Ti14合金的高温压缩变形实验,研究不同变形温度(1000~1200℃)、不同变形量(40%~70%)和不同应变速率(0.005~5/s)对显微组织的影响,分析了晶界的变化规律。结果表明:变形温度直接影响晶粒的形核长大及球化,随着温度升高,晶粒直径明显增大,晶界宽化;变形程度对微观组织的影响随变形温度的不同而不同;晶粒等效直径随着应变速率增大和温度的升高呈现出先降后升的趋势。
