表面镀镍层对904L在氢氟酸溶液中耐蚀性的影响Influence of surface nickel-plated layer on corrosion resistance of 904L austenitic stainless steel in hydrofluoric acid solution

摘要(Abstract):
采用电化学测试、质量损失分析等方法研究了化学镀镍处理对904L奥氏体不锈钢在氢氟酸中腐蚀行为的影响,并利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)对904L不锈钢表面腐蚀形貌进行分析。结果表明:酸性化学镀镍使904L奥氏体不锈钢表面获得了一层分布不均的珊瑚状镀镍层,与原始904L奥氏体不锈钢相比,含镀镍层904L奥氏体不锈钢耐蚀性得到了提高。低浓度的氢氟酸溶液中,镀镍层904L表面可以迅速产生致密的氟化镍沉积层,避免904L表面贫铬区遭受晶间腐蚀。
