塑料模具钢S136与Fs136的退火/淬火组织及力学性能对比Microstructure and mechanical properties of plastic mould steels S136 and Fs136

摘要(Abstract):
观察并研究了塑料模具钢S136及其变体Fs136热处理后的组织与性能。S136及Fs136经过相应热处理,通过SEM、EDS、XRD、硬度测试及拉伸实验仪进行力学性能测试和显微组织观察。发现退火后的S136比Fs136有更细密的显微组织和更高的硬度,其硬度分别为212 HV和202.1 HV。发现淬火后的S136比Fs136拥有更细密的马氏体组织和更高的韧性。淬火后S136的屈服强度、抗拉强度及断后伸长率分别为1538、1604及13.5%;Fs136的屈服强度、抗拉强度及断后伸长率分别为1554、1763 MPa和8.5%。
