机械能助渗铝组织与性能研究Study on mechanical energy aided aluminizing an cold-rolled 08F steel sheet

摘要(Abstract):
采用金相、EPMA、XRD、TEM分析了冷轧08F钢板600℃机械能助渗铝层组织结构,测试了显微硬度、耐盐水腐蚀、抗高温氧化性和力学性能。结果表明,渗铝层内部组织主要是Fe2Al5相,还存在少量的FeAl、Fe3Al等铁铝化合物及非晶态相,未形成晶粒粗大的含铝-αFe相过渡区。铁、铝氧化合物颗粒呈岛状断续分布在渗层表面。机械能助渗铝层有优良的抗高温氧化性、较高的硬度、良好的耐蚀性,同时渗铝后基体可以保持高的力学性能。
