电脉冲处理对固溶态AZ91D镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响Effect of electropulsing treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of solution treated AZ91D alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜及电子万能试验机等研究了不同电流密度和通电时间的电脉冲处理(EPT)对固溶态AZ91D镁合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着电流密度或通电时间的增加,合金的晶粒尺寸未发生明显变化,但其残余第二相的数量和尺寸均逐渐减小;与固溶态和时效态合金相比,EPT后合金残余第二相数量和尺寸减小,位错密度和亚晶数量增多。当通电时间为560 ms时,在50~125 A/mm~2范围内,随着电流密度的增加,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率均逐渐上升;当电流密度为125 A/mm~2时,在520~640 ms范围内,随着通电时间的增加,合金抗拉强度先增大后减小,转折点为560 ms,但其伸长率逐渐升高;当电流密度为125 A/mm~2和通电时间为560 ms时,EPT后合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别为325 MPa和12.1%,与固溶处理的合金相比,抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了3.8%和9%,与传统时效处理合金相比,抗拉强度下降了2.7%,但伸长率提高了25%。
