表面异构组织Ni/Al2O3熔覆层的制备与分析Preparation and characterization of Ni/Al2O3 cladding coating with isomeric microstructure

摘要(Abstract):
运用真空熔覆技术在ZG45表面制备出与常规熔覆组织相比具有异常组织特征的Ni/Al2O3复合材料层。研究了制备工艺对熔覆层微观组织以及组织形成机制的影响。结果表明,1050℃×1 h工艺下能够制备出熔覆层表面光滑致密且与母材具有冶金结合的试样,熔覆层整体及界面组织致密、无夹杂,扩散层为白亮高镍合金,过渡层为Fe的细晶层。Al2O3颗粒均匀弥散分布在金属Ni基中,Al2O3颗粒与镍基合金的界面熔合效果良好,表面Ni基复合材料中的镍基合金在凝固过程中其晶粒的生长方向与热流方向呈一定角度分布。异常结构的形成是定向凝固过程中一种定向共晶的体现,表面复合熔覆层的表层硬度值最高,可达800 HV,其显微硬度自熔覆层表面开始至基体处呈现梯度分布。
