轴承钢表面硫化层与含FeS微粒润滑油的交互作用Effect of oil containing FeS particles and sulphurized layer on tribological behavior of a bearing steel

摘要(Abstract):
为了改善轴承钢渗硫层在油润滑条件下的摩擦学性能,将FeS粉末作为添加剂添加到润滑油中使用,在球-盘摩擦磨损试验机上考察了FeS微粒与表面硫化层的复合作用。研究表明:渗硫盘与润滑油中的FeS微粒可以取得很好的复合效果。在磨损过程中FeS微粒可以不断被吸附到表面从而有效地补充渗硫层的损失,增强了渗硫层在较苛刻工况下抵抗磨损的能力。在合适的添加浓度下,使用粒度较小的FeS复合作用更为明显。
