钪添加及热处理对搅拌摩擦加工态7系铝合金组织及力学性能的影响Effects of Sc addition and heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 7xxx Al alloy after friction stir processing

摘要(Abstract):
对7N01及7N01-0.25Sc合金进行搅拌摩擦加工(FSP)及固溶-时效热处理,通过时效-硬化曲线获得合金的固溶-峰值时效(T6)工艺。借助光学显微镜及透射电镜对各状态合金的微观结构进行观察。结果表明,Sc添加及FSP处理能细化7N01合金的晶粒,两种FSP样品均表现出优异的高温稳定性;T6处理可使FSP样品中细等轴晶和高密度纳米析出相共存,该结构优化了7N01合金的力学性能。T6 FSP 7N01-0.25Sc合金表现出最为优异的力学性能,其屈服强度、抗拉强度及拉伸伸长率分别为416 MPa、451 MPa和22%。
